You in Denver(or somewhere with high altitude)? If not clean your airfilter, your only hitting 85 kpa wide open. Your commanding to rich, start with 12.5 and lean it from there. You still need some work as your commanded still does not match your actual.

Also, looks like you have a air leak, most likely in exhaust on passenger side. Your ltft is adding extra 5.5% and your o2 shows it.

I am in New Mexico and elevation is kinda high and I have my drivers side rear o2 unplugged would that make a difference
