I have taken out the stock down pipe and installed a 3" down pipe with no cat or rear O2. The car keeps throwing a P0036 code for the rear O2, When I go in to find the code to turn it off there is no P0036 code in HP Tuners to shut off. Thanks for the help.

It's there, look harder, or update your HPTuners Suite if needed
are you configured for advanced settings? If not, the software will "dumb" things down to help keep you from getting your ass in a crack.

FYI even setting the view to basic will still show the DTC listing just as it would set to advanced.
