Why do I keep getting P0343 or P0335? Logs inside

I have been chasing this thing for 3 weeks just about everyday now. I have some log files of what it is doing if someone can please help. I have chased wiring and changed sensor after sensor tore the front off 3 times checking cam bolts and retainer bolts. I get the P0343 almost everytime I start it. Thanks for any help.after tune1.cfgfront sensor.hplrear sensor.hplrear sensor 2.hplrear 3.hpl

I havent looked at the CFG files but my first impression would be to do a crank position sensor re-learn. You will need access to a snap-on or Tech II to perform the procedure. A good shop will be able to do this in 5 mins.

I have tried. I have an Genisys Scan tool that I can do crank relearns with, I cant get it to take it because of the code. As soon as it comes up it wont let me do a relearn.

Yea I was running the rear cam sensor and when it went bad at the track I went to the ls2 style in the front cover. I swapped the wires and still same problem so I pulled the blower and replaced the rear sensor. I wired it back up like it was and still same problem. I am getting cam counts on the scanner but keeps throwing this code. I also replaced the crank sensor with no luck.

First of all, what engine are we talking about here? Because that LS2 cover and cam sensor are not compatible with every timing gear...

It is originally a 02 6.0 It is now a 408 stroker. I have the comp cams timing chain kit 3158KT it is supposed to be the ls2 timing set. It has a 1x reluctor on the cam gear.

Ok... so we are talking about a 24x reluctor or a 58x? I assume since its stroked you might have completely replaced the stock crank correct?

Yikes... This is why I opted for the lingenfelter convertor box for my application. I dont trust any engine shops to mess with reluctors.
