Another swap car, starting up in Reduced Power mode about half the time

Car is tuned, running correctly, 2 bar OS. E67 PCM with matching harness and pedal from same donor car. Engine is supercharged LS3. Car starts with throttle limited to 30%. Shut off and restart immediately, and you have full throttle, no limiters. Runs excellent, makes 500 to the wheel, no knock, trims under 5%.

It never goes into reduced power while running, driving. It will start properly 3-4 times, and on the 5th or so start it will start up reduced throttle, instantly cured by a restart.

Although not correct, I've disabled all the DTC's related to DBW. Haven't touched DBW settings, and disabled the P0068 tests. TB is stock GM LS3 and has been replaced, pedal is stock and working from donor car.

Customer obviously finds this un acceptable and it's been dropped in my lap till it's fixed. Anyone have any ideas ?

Back to the top. Tried a new fully charged battery (voltage would drop into the 10's cranking, now drops into high 11's, no change)
Tried another stock LS3 throttle body, no change.

Increase the airflow delta, and MAP delta...

There might be a situation upon startup that has the ecm thinking its a run away engine and reducing the throttle for your protection...
