Hi we have a Pontiac Grand prix GTP supercharge the customer put the smaller pulley for 3800 performance and the boost more than 200kpa but the main VE table
stop at 140 kpa. What it s possible to do for get a higher scale VE table.

Not possible, tune via maf & pe.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
