Timing retards with WOT and RPM increase

2009 Colorado 5.3L 4L60E. I have removed torque management, set PE at 2.0, added 2* to the High & Low octane tables and a few other minor changes. Here is a snapshot of a WOT. My cfg and log files are posted in the getting started section. The calibration file has been changed. I got rid of the KR by changing PE to its max. Not sure what to do with the timing issue with WOT. Is it normal? The butt dyno feels it needs improved... All is stock but the cat's are gutted out, rear O2's are off. Any help out there??? Thank you!

Check out your iat's during the run, they are up there. There is a table that pulls timing based on iat to avoid knock. Pretty sure thats where your timing is going, check the table out and see where you are running on it.

I was wondering that. The IAT is part of the MAF. It wasn't EVEN that warm out today.

the way how you have the IAT spark set-up its pulling 6* at that temprature in your log 109*F

you need to log airmass g/cyl to see at what load your engine is at. also since zero out the Variable Cam spark since its disabled.

you also still have lots of torque management still on, and that can cause as issue with timing.

    log PID advance torque management.

Is there hidden Torque Management tables? Where/what do I look/change? How does this look for a cfg. to log?

I changed the Chart Configuration also to show the two PID's. I'll go do a log and post it.

    Freeway run log & cfg

Here is a log of a run down the freeway and then side streets home. There is some Torque management activity but not much? How do I find where its coming from. There is also a brief time of KR when going WOT, down shifting at speed. My goal is better economy if I can be guided that direction.

    High IAT tem solved

The small boot between the air box and the fender was removed thinking it would help with air flow. The intake was actually taking in hot air from the engine compartment. I put it back in and now the IAT reads just above ambient temperature. A lesson learned......

Here is a log from this morning. I added timing to the IAT, High Octane and low octane tables. I am still getting Trans showing Spark TqMgn. I don't know what else I can shut off.... I'm also getting TipIn but it seems to be when coasting or decelerating.

This is the latest tune with adjustments. I haven't flashed it yet. Can you take a look at the spark tables and the IAT spark table.
