    Closed loop issue I can not solve

    Car is a 66 nova, swapped 6.0L out of an 02' silverado. Milled L92's, LS3 injectors, cammed, LS7 MAF, headers. Sheetmetal intake, 102mm TB. I can not get the car to go into closed loop. I've tried a different PCM. My O2 volts never change from .450 can anyone take a look and see if I'm missing anything

    went full circle sensors ended getting shorted from the original problem
