    E39A read support added

    http://www.hptuners.com/forum/showth...9A-ECM-support

    What this means to you:

    • If you own a vehicle that uses one of these pcm's do a read entire using the newest public build 2.24.105 or newer and send us the .hpt file as well as a vcm suite infolog so that we can start mapping these calibrations.
    • Upon reading out the pcm you will likely receive a "File failed validation check" error or "definition failed to load", don't worry, its perfectly normal, just send us the file & infolog, those errors are perfectly normal.

Where do I get this update?:
    • Right on your customer page www.hptuners.com/customers even though the 2.24 link is dated for march something its autoupdated with any new compiles we create so simply download & install.

What if I get some other error?:
    • Email support with a screenshot of the error along with a vcm suite infolog while connected to the vehicle in question

What vehicles does this E39A pcm cover?:
    • 2013-14 Chevy Camaro 3.6ltr V6
    • 2013 Buick Regal 2.0ltr I4
    • 2013 Chevy Malibu 2.0ltr I4
    • 2013 Chevy Malibu 2.5ltr I4
    • 2013 Chevy Captiva 2.4ltr I4
    • 2013 Chevy Acadia 3.6ltr V6 export
    • 2013 Cadillac ATX/ATS 2.0ltr I4
    • There are likely others this is just through our initial research of these pcm's though I'm sure this extends to others.

It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Any luck with this E93A issue? I have a 2013 Camaro, and it would be sweet if I could do something with it... I'd gladly send the desired files if I had the appropriate software/tools, but I don't see the need to buy at the moment as my car is not supported, and I don't see a time frame to when/if it will be supported in the future?

Newest 2.24 should be able to read them out, we're very close to being done with the def for them.

Possibly, email support an infolog while connected to the vehicle in question.

So right now, we can read these 2013 V6 Camaros (as long as we're 2.24.105) but soon we'll be able to recalibrate/tune them correct?

    Thx

Id think .110 would allow this. Maybe Tech or somebody whos worked on one can chime in.

.110 should definitely allow reading, just not edit/writing for 2013 Camaro V6
