Extreme loss in spark retard when accelerating

    Hi, A little background first.
Garaged for 6 months without power
Procharged at 10 PSI running on E85
The tune i am using has been used for a year without issues before
Car has a perfect idle and is cruising great as long as you do not push the pedal to much. When you do it almost feels like a clutch slip although it isn´t (log files) Spark drops like a rock according to hptuners and what happens in reality is that the car is running away very rough and a little bit of backfiring (of course because of gas in exhaust because of the low timing)

Before i logged with hp tuners i tried changing fuel pump, spark plugs, cables, coils, IAT sensor, injectors

I do not have any error codes at all
    FP is great
Compression is great in the engine

I have tried max out the VE maximum table in hptuners
I have also tried zeroing out the tq mgmt table
It did get a little better but the issues is still there especially in low rpm:s, car has been running great on the same tune last year

Could i turn on any specific error codes to get more info?
Could it be a engine mechanical issue although good compression and no mechanical noices?
ECT is always disabled... could it be the issue anyway if broken?
    ECU issues?

You could see the extreme loss in retard at 2.35 for example in crap3, happens all the time and is noticeble every time you push the throttle

Forgot to say that car is revving fine when standing still.
I am on speed density and using a 2 bar map sensor
    thanks in advance

Can you turn the Stabilitrac nannies off? I find if I forget to go into comp mode I see all kinds of retard and fog the guy behind me with the unburnt fuel due to spark retard. All my Tq mgmt is off also.

I don't know if it's selectable on a GTO or not, sorry.

hi there, it is actually completely off in this logfile.

On the GTO the only recommended action is to push the traction control button off as far as I know.

Mine drives me nuts even in comp mode...I just hold the button in for 7 seconds and shut it all off.

could be old gas (ethanol even e10) does not sit well for long periods and absorbs water out on the air

Yeah it could be bad fuel, but that doesn´t explain why the retard drops to -1 in some cases. Especially not when the low octane table is the same as high

Am I missing something here, this drives me nuts

Today I drove up all gas, No improvment. I am pretty much out of ideas, car runs like a bag of crap as soon as I push the pedal. Seems to get worse when hot aswell.

Faulty PCM, ground cables? any ideas?

Hi sultan. I did log tq mgmt and it showed increase when retard drop so i zeroed out the tq mgmt fields. However it didn't get any better afterwards

As far as i can see you have lots of holes in that tune

Start by changing the values under dynamic airflow the disabled and re-enable RPMs

what MAP sensor you are using ?12615136?

Hi Sam, holes sounds great as i am getting desperate.

How do you want me to change them as I am on a 2bar Speed density tune and not using the MAF for anything else but IAT.. the stock one do not coop well with the boost and breaks which causes misfire, been there before

Yep that is the mapsensor used.

    Thanks

looked at the logs uptop and you dont really accelerate?

did you remove all traction and torque management off?

Yep i removed all traction and TQ mgmt

On some places in the log i really pushed the pedal to the floor for atleast 6-8 seconds. Car is stumbling-hesitating forward.

I'm still stuck on six month old E85 fuel... filling the tank just keeps all the water in bottom. Pull your filter and try not to spill any. Pour it all in a glass jar and let it settle. How big a puddle in bottom?
