    Why can't I create a customer account?

    I had a standard HPT for several years. Sold it and purchased a Pro. Problem is now I can't get logged in with my new license and application key that was sent with the interface. How do I get logged in? I've tried entering both ways with email and application key. Bill must be out for the rest of the night.
