I just wanted to get your opinion on Maf only tunes. I have a bolt-on only LS3 C6 and have tuned it Maf only. Other than the issue of what would happen if the Maf hardware failed, what are the drawbacks to running Maf only?

I run MAF only a lot of times. Rare for a MAF to go bad, if it does it will throw a code and resort to SD.

But if SD not tuned and way out (lean) it could cause issues, no?
IF there was a MAF failure it would resort to SD, but like most setups if your in CL the 02's are going to bring it back to stoich anyways. Just don't go into PE hahaha.But if SD not tuned and way out (lean) it could cause issues, no?
