What happened to the main VE table?

Ok, sorry if this is a stupid question but I just started getting back into tuning after getting used to tuning my 99 LS1. Now that I have a 07 New body Silverado I am playing around with some features getting ready for a supercharger install eventually and noticed that a lot has changed. Mainly the fact that there is no Main VE tables to work with, only VE reversion low altitude, high altitude, DOD ect tables. And those are all Zeroed out... So what exactly does my engine use to calculate airflow? Just the MAF sensor?

Also can someone tell me what ECM i am working with?

    Thanks guys.

It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
