    engine too hot turn of air conditioning

    Got a customer with a tuned 2008 ZO6 he came is because his DIC keeps flashing " turn off the Air conditioning engines too hot " Car has a 160 tstat, kooks catted headers and a KN air filter. I'm at a lose on how to help as I do not see whats wrong in his tune. Can anyone help?

    This could be a shot in the dark, but it seems to me that I saw a thread the other day, either here or on the corvette forum, where they had problem like this and it turned out that a faulty coolant temp sensor was causing fluctuating temp readings.

    '07 C6, TR6060 conversion w/Z06 ratios. DTE Stage 4 Quaife Diff w/brace (3.73). Z06 Brakes, mild turbo cam & dual springs (222/222, LSA 115, .581/.581), LS9R clutch, LG GT2 Coilovers, Autometer Cobalt Fuel gauage, Progressive Alky Controller, and e-Boost2 Controller. PFADT poly bushing for control arms and Sports sway bars. MGW shifter. 3" B&B Fusion. RSI Stage 1.5 fuel system. RX dual valve catch can.

    thank you ill take a look at the sensor, I've read that P0128 can be a cause too?
