New 24x Conversion Hardware for Small-Block Chevrolet Engines

Here's a sneak peek at what we've been working on for 1987-up SBC and 4.3L V6 engines. Early SBC engines won't accept the timing set, but depeding on demand, we may support the early SBC in this fashion.

Illustrated in this photo with a 1996-up 8 inch Vortec damper.

We are hoping to be in full production by summer 2013.

These kits bring Gen III and Gen IV LS-Series PCMs/ECMs/TCMs and HP Tuners tuning to small-block Chevy engines.

Because the earlier blocks don't have the same timing cover bolt pattern.

1986 and older SBC engines use a different camshaft (nose) that won't mate to the 1987-newer camshaft timing sprocket.

1996-newer SBC engines use a plastic timing cover that is "missing" two holes. The timing cover pictured will fit all SBC engines (that we are aware of). The conversions pictured above will work with all 1987-newer SBC engines.

My bad. I thought you were using LT1 style covers, that don't bolt to earlier SBCs. Didn't even look at the pic tell ya the truth. Just read through the posts. Sorry for flappin my gums.
