    Application Key

I downloaded the new 2.24 update the other day but since then every time I open up my editor or scanner it wants me to enter my application key. How do I fix this?

    close all programs
    open vcm editor
    enter your app key
    commit
    close vcm editor
    done.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

I have the same issue. It does not do this on my laptop running Win Vista. However, it does not store the application key on my new computer running Win 8. I have tried as you have instructed several times. Any other suggestions?

Blackcoupe are you sure you aren't running 8.1? MS made alot of changes in 8.1 and apparently whatever changes they've made also effect the app key as you've described.

I have the same problem. I have Windows-7 and tried as you said with loading the App key and closing the program. It did not work. I still have to reenter my App key every time I open the program. Any other suggestions.

You might want to check because you actually went in and looked at my computer on Tue. the 26 and said you were going to turn it over to support. I have not recieved any response so far.

Ok, the fix is simple, redownload & install 2.24 from your customer page.
