Will this tune run my car.

ok I have a 5.3l ls engine. I will be taking this car to dr. phill and having a complete tune done. before I do so I would like to be sure all is well with this car. no oil leaks. engine runs great with no boost. and I don't plan on letting the engine build boost until it tuned completely. just need to test drive the thing a few times. could someone please look at this and maybe give me an idea of what to do. im new to tuning FI, and would love to learn. here what I have.

    2002 5.3l w/ 4l80E
    76mm single turbo
    no emission
    80 pound injectors
    2 bar map
    e 85 fuel

this is all in a 87 buick regal

thankyou to anyone who willing to help. iv been trying to locate a video I seen on 2 bar tuning also

and I played around with this after saving the fie in the 1st post.

I hope I did it right I was trying to turn off torque management, set afr for E-85 and add the second E-fan. also heres the injector pulse width data. not even sure what to do with it.

Who did you buy the injectors from?

Did you ask them for data in HP Tuners format?

these are smart fire injectors. no I didn't know I needed to. I was told that I just needed to get the info and my tuner told me all was well.

Injector flow rate is not right.

    TM is not disabled.

MAF is not set to fail. Need to set codes to 0-MIL on first error. Leave the SES box unchecked.

VE is not populated. Need to copy/paste the stock VE into the 2 bar VE. Then take the 105 Kpa row, copy it into the 210 Kpa row, multiply it by 1.4. Then highlight the table from 105 Kpa to 210 Kpa and then click "interpolate between vertical bounds".

Get that stuff straight and it should at least start up and run. As it is right now, it will not run.

How much fuel pressure are you running? And is your regulator boost referenced?

Are those High or Low Impedance injectors? If they're Low, are you running a driver box?

The injectors flow 96 at 43.5, so set your fuel pressure there and use 96 for the flow rate in the tune.

Reason I asked if they were high or low inpedance, is bescause I looked at the smartfire website it only showed 96's as low impedance. Could have been the wrong website and/or not updated...

Looking at the data you posted in post #2, it shows the 96 and higher injectors operating at 3 ohms which, correct me if i'm wrong, means they are low impedance.

I got this thing running tell me what you think. it after about 4 seconds of idle it revs up to 2500 rpms. don't now whats going on. whats really messing with my head is I had to set the flow rate vs. kpa to 48.8 short log and copy of tune below.

The last tune you posted is not converted to a 2 Bar OS.

just a quick up date. I found the problem with the reving high after car starting and the problem was that 2 wire I the iac was wired backwards. so when it ask for less air is was actually opening the Iac. car runs but have a startup and stahl issue when cold. after it warms up I run fine, other than a slight stumble.

I also found a cut in my wide band cable so I have to replace that.
