    light flywheel lq4 problems

ok heres my 1st stab at tuning anything. having a lot of trouble with the car catching idle after a rev or something. probably cause i have no idea what i'm doing. it is drivable with the idle at 900. what should i change for the rest of the tune?

Been there, installed the stock flywheel after 2 months of tuning all the idle pids. The stock flywheel made the car driveable again.

I will never install a light flywheel in street car again. Not worth the claimed 10 RWHP.

Got a light flywheel now. Idles ok but rough.

Looked quickly at your spark tables....
Match your idle spark advance, in park and drive, with your high octane table.

do the smaller 10" torque converters give you the same grief ? was considering going that way.
