map controlled output??

Hi there, Excuse my inexperience, only just starting to learn, and sorry if im in the wrong spot please point me in the right direction.
Is there a way of turning an output on/off, ie , second fan, engine light ect, from monitoring of the map??
What i'm trying to achieve is using the map, to turn on my second fuel pump at say 1psi?
I remember finding something about it a while ago, but cant find it again.

thanks i know of those options just trying to minimize components, and figured im already monitoring the pressure why not whats there already.

So the Output ports of the HP interface wont work? Something like "SENS.30 > 80"?
