Why does 2bar show different than 1 bar?

So I have a turbo LS6 with 2bar SD tune. The MAP (SAE) that the scanner showed would max at 105kpa regardless of how much boost I was pushing. I found out that I needed to instead have the scanner show 2 bar map. So I added that. the SAE one reads above 105 now, but doesn't match the 2bar. The 2bar will show 125kpa and the SAE one will show 115kpa. Why is it that the SAE one now shows higher than 105 (1bar) and why does it not match the 2bar? The only MAP sensor on the car is a 2bar. I just don't get why they don't show the same and what makes the SAE one show above 105 now.

Did you adjust the linear and offset of the MAP sensor in the tune?

No. Not very familliar with that area.

I deleted the 1bar from showing and now all charts and histograms match what my boost gauge shows.
