Yes you can switch between the too. Post the "MAF" tune you may have it disabled still

and check to make sure you maf is pluged in and still wired
i had one where they had cut tghe maf wiring

they probably set the fail frequency in the engine diagnostic tab to a low number to disable the MAF. This will need to be set back to the stock level if so.
