Start by emailing [email protected] the hpt file and a vcm suite info log
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    Hello Bill,

Sorry to ask what is probably a stupid question but where do I get the info log from? I'm also getting this message.

Ok I found the demo. But do I need to have the interface hooked to the car with ignition on or can I just pull the info log it brings up without being connected to the car?

Yeah you can gather a vcm suite infolog 3 ways
    a. While connected to the interface but not a vehicle
    b. While connected to the vehicle AND interface
    c. While connected to nothing

obviously if you are connected to the vehicle AND the interface it will provide us with alot more information than just connected to the interface so its always recommended to get us as much info as possible. The more info you supply us up front means the less work you'll need to do and less info you'll need to supply down the road.
