Start the car up and about a minute after start up the O2 signal flatlines. Cut the engine off, start it back up and does the same thing. No codes. E38 computer LS3 with LT headers. My friend and I think the O2s are going bad.

I concur. Only thing to report flatlined NB's is faulty sensors.

The chances of 2 sensors going bad at the same time are pretty much nil. If it is open loop and pretty lean you may see that. What are the fuel trims like? Post a log.
