02 Trans Am dies, low power??

trying to help a friend out with his car. Car seems to have issues idleing, really just driving in general, and seems to be underpowered for what the build is. Also has a dyno sheet with 499 hp on it ( i know its not anywhere near that, nor anything to go by) but here is the run down. Im very new to tuning, but it seems like 28 degrees would be alot of timing.

Also i know i dont have a lot of posts, but i have been reading alot, and just havent been posting.

    2002 trans am
    GM LS2 block honed .005
    Stock crank
Eagle forged H Beam rods ARP bolts
Manley flat tops with 2 cc valve relief
    Stock L92 head gaskets
    L92 heads unported milled .030
PRC .660 lift springs (not the .650)
    Comp cams hardened push rods
    LG Motorsports G6X3 cam
    Unported L76 intake
    FAST 92 mm tb
    Smooth bellow
    FTP 98mm lid
    Brand new k&n
    60# injectors
    6 speed
    3:90 gears
    longtubes

Also added a copy of the tune. See what you guys think.

This is Gen III stuff. Just a heads up. But I'll take a look at the file tomorrow for you. I bet it's going to be pretty hairy.

(For 91 octane or better with nearly stock compression and a decent cam, 28 degrees is a perfect amount. A stock cam would warrant less ignition timing to be used as we're talking about a fairly good sized cam.)
