    throttle body chg from 75 to 80mm

    need some help with a throttle body change from 75 to 80mm.
    i put a 6.0 lq9 in 01 silverado[5.3 to 6.0].have a cable driven throttle body on 5.3]i put a cable throttle on 6.0.
    do i go to iac effective area table to make the change and what should i chg.
