Your post is a little confusing ...
The 2006 CTS-V was equipped with the 6.0L LS2 engine, and used an E67 ECM - which cannot be completely reprogrammed using tuning software.
The 2005 CTS-V was equipped with the 5.7L LS6 engine, and used a P59 PCM - which can be completely reprogrammed using tuning software.
sorry it was late when i posted it is a 2006 cadliac cts-v 6.0 ls2 engine
do i need to take it to the dealer and buy a new ecm and have them program it i seen on ebay some one has listing that they can program a ecm for my cadiliac what should i do
thanks brett
New pcm tuned to vin and 2 another hptuner licenses
Almost impossible to fry a 2006 E67 pcm, pcm was likely recoverable.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
