Stock 6l80e tune how and what should I change

I guys I'm atempting my first 6l80e tune what different file to 4l60e not sure where to start would like to speed up shift changes and reading lots about Tm all off and some say leave it still in ,but don't want to damage box long term.i will upload file tomorrow Stock ls2 with otr

I would progress the TM out but still leave some in it. There is a table in the Trans settings that will allow you to give a percentage to rpm vs. tq value. Start off with 50% everywhere and adjust accordingly.
