My scan says my desired air flow is .3 lb/min while the dynamic air flow is about 1.76. The IAC is at zero. The car will not start when it is cold and it wants to die when coming to a stop. There is no hole in the throttle body blade. I have a FAST 90 mm throttle body and I am trying to tune the IAC and idle air flow tables but I don't really know where to start. I already have the low end of the MAF and VE tables tuned so we are good there. Any ideas?

If it has a cam??? try this
go to airflow>Dynamic>High RPM Disable and se it to 200
Then go to Idel>Airflow>Base running Airflow and add 3 g/sec to the whole table that should help you get it started and
