Running a LS1, M6, Full exhaust and intake, 1Bar SD Enhanced OS, 227/231 .580' lift 112LSA
Can comeone please look over my tune(yes i know its very rough and probably wrong) looking for some pointers aswell as why my spark advance at idle is jumping all over the place.

Disable your TQ Management, it looks like you haven't touched it at all.
Set your PE to 1.151 across the board.
Set your PE Delay to zero (0)rpm.
Decrease your HOT and COLD PE throttle/Pedal.
See how the car feels after all these changers.
