MAF Relocate problems

long time no talk on this forum! lol

so i installed the dejon hot pipe with the maf relocate kit that i traded a person because they were selling the car..

well now after about a day or two of driving it just shuts down.. i turn it off and it runs fine for another day or two.. its like it just closing the throttle plate.

any ideas??

did you retune the MAF calibration and all that stuff? Also i believe you need to make sure the hot pipe does not physically contact the throttle body housing.. needs a small gap so its not metal on metal rattling together

i found out what it was lol i set the fault reduction to 0 a while ago to see what it did and it works.. it cuts it out all together lol
