    E38 or E67?

For an LS7 or LS3 engine, which is the preferred ECU, and for what reasons? This would be for aircraft, no transmission, using the ETC, no CATS or security crap. Thanks to all.

The GMPP crate motor ECM would be a good place to start. Generally the E38 and E67 are the same, just the E67 has a slightly faster CPU and more I/O capability for variable camshafts + DOD + forced induction applications.

Thanks Chris. I am running turbonormalising, but other items are low stress, max of 4200 rpm, etc, so am looking for reliability and the least ECU 'bugs' if there are any. Is the E67 newer I assume?

They both essentially run the same software. They are the same generation ECM just the E67 is the deluxe version with more I/O.
