    Custom 2.9 Whipple NO START?

Guys built a custom Whipple 2.9 setup for my Fbody (LT1 converted to LS1 PCM). Running a 4.5 inlet with Card style MAF but I am using a Custom 2bar OS (wored great with my Procharger setup prior).

Well I have tried SD and MAF and below I have the configs and short scan of me trying to crank it, just want some more eyes viewing it. Been working on this rig for a long time, ready to enjoy it.

    Thanks for any help

    Here is the SD tune

P.S. I am wanting to stay MAF and will scale the tune 50%, but I want to get it where it can run first, if anyone has questions please let me know. I can usually figure stuff out, but this one has me scratching my head.

Haven't, I put the charger on the battery tonight for a few hours, going to see if that helps. Its a red top and I have had trouble with them in the past. voltage on the scanner was a little low, but did shoot up to 13.7 (normal for my car)

Ok uploaded a slightly different idle tune and still same thing. Here is a log showing Crankshaft and camshaft sensors (PIDS I seen)
    Didn't show any DTC's

I want to add I swapped to a smaller camshaft, but installed everything back the way it was. Hopefully that log will show something, not used to looking at these variables.

Was that one steady crank or 3 small cranks?
I would remove o2s veh speed etc pids for now to get below 24bit

    That was 3 small cranks.
I removed several PIDS on this last run, so it would be fast to get data.

I don't believe it can be anything in the tune.

The only thing that changed is the camshaft, swapped all the pullies to 8 rib, and built a intake which houses a whipple on top using a 180 degree bend to feed the blower (rear entry). I was wondering if my bypass valve was opening, but I was told it would run even if it wasn't?

From hp tuners it is getting a movement from the cam and crank sensor, so I guess I can rule these things out?

Odd thing is this setup has always hard started on the first crank and pretty instant on the second crank. Voltage and fuel looks good though?

Yes I used the same pushrods. I didn't check them this time when the new cam was installed, just adjusted the rockers/lashed in the lifters. Didn't think it would need to be changed since valve lift is about the same. I should have measured to be honest.

    Went from a
    224/230 112lsa .578 .598 lift
    to a
    214/218 118lsa .565 .572 lift

Custom 2bar SD tune:Map Sensor Linear 200.00 KPa. And the Map Sensor Offset should be 10.33 KPa. Also you need to change DTCs PO101,PO102,PO103 to 2-No MIL Light. I would change the PO106 to 3-No Error Reported. One more thing max the Closed Loop Enable Coolant Temp vs IAT 284..

Offset it changed to read Map where it should (based off were I live) This should always be changed considering location IMO.

DTC's are set correctly to trigger SD, you must have looked at the MAF tune possibly??

Why should I max out the closed loop enable, I WANT CLOSED LOOP, lol

Ok I have a new log with a slightly different tune.
Put about 5 gallons of 93 in the tank just to make sure the gauge was reading correctly, from the logs before I am getting a Cam/Crank sensor movement. Vats is off in the tune, I have the FPR set at 50 and with KOEO I get 50 and slowly fads, so I am getting fuel (also looking at the scanner)

I don't have any more ideas at this point

Cranks runs for about a second and dies.

The only way you can start the car is to downloads The stock tune and open compare file and starts with putting stock tables back where they should be, I mean look at the entire file then tune.
