    New Customer

    Hi i received my HPTuner Suite on friday but i cannot log in
    or have i got a email with app key, Hope posting here someone
    from tech will see.

    please email sales at hptuners.com with your serial number and a description of your issue, looks like your app key has not yet been generated in our system.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    Did that

    Ya i did that Friday but thank you for responding, I am just
    hoping to use it before Tuesday as two customers will be at the shop
    then.

    App key appears to have been generated and you should've received it via email, if you are still in need of assistance shoot support a follow up email and I can send it to you(I'd rather not post it on the forum).
