The only big inaccuracies are injector data (not a problem with stock stuff and IDs) and wideband. Wideband isn't an issue if it's close enough to the cylinder head and not behind a cat. Beyond that, wideband inaccuracies would present itself in normal tuning anyway, so it shouldn't really scare anybody off.
