    how to read histograms

firstly, I have read the help file and it does not tell me what the numbers in the histograms mean.

so I understand that a histogram gives the number of events that occured in a specified category over the period of data collection.

So my question is, What are the numbers that are displayed in my histogram tables in the scan tool when I am running a scan?

Is it literally what I just stated above?

The numbers displayed are whatever number is being datalogged in that particular cell at that particular data point.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Ok, so why can the histogram value be different from the table value in the editor? Does that mean I should just plug histogram values into editor VE, spark advance, etc. tables?

The histogram plots ANY information you feed into it. The default ones search out various information from different sensors. You can set them up to read against other histograms/sensors/pids and return values that give your pertinent information for fine tuning.

Make sure your units are the same between the histogram and your table?
