Ah well I finally got around to plugging in. I cant get it to pull the tune get all the way to the ends and give an error about checksums. I'm sure its my fault, pulling these Ford tunes seems to have some steps that pulling a GM tune doesnt, like the weird turn the key off and on again thing.

If you were able to read the file, but can't edit it, then send it in with an Info Log connected to the truck to Support @ hptuners .com.

I thought these were unable to be edited so I didnt even try that. I get the checksum error before I save the file, it still lets me save the file though. Where is this info log?

There are steps in the help file, but basicly with the editor open, connected to the truck, with the key on, and select "Help\VCM Suite Info" and save the log to a text file. Send that and the file that failed the checksum to Support. This will give them more information on the vehicle, your account, and the configuration of your interface.

It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

To ensure we have the most complete coverage when we release 2009-2010 F150, we need reads that we do not already have, so if you have access to a 2009 F150 and the ECM OS ID is not one of the following, please read out the file and email it into [email protected]. To check the ECM OS ID, get an info log and it will be listed near the bottom. Thanks.

    That's awesome news.
So that means the 09s and 10s share the same OS' and when the 09s released it will include the 10s?

Personally, I don't think they share the same strategy, but thats just me. I could be wrong though. BTW there, as you can see, are some 10+ 09 strategies so just because it might share one doesn't mean it shares all
