error opening a ZL1 BIN file

I was wanting to look at the programming for a new ZL1 Camaro so I downloaded bin off this site and when I try to open I get

unable to open file.
Index was outside the bounds of the array.

so I downloaded a different BIN for ZL1 and exact same message so I downloaded a 3rd and chose a 1.4L cruze turbo as I find those engines interesting and I get the same message with that BIN as well so what am I doing wrong.
