Startup airflow seems to need a little tweak.

Your crossover from low to high maf do not match.

    misfires are tuned off completely.

Is this tune scaled? Cause fuel injector size is smaller than stock.

You have alot of knock at wot acceleration. Would get a wideband on her as soon as you can. If you don't have a WB, I would log MAF HZ and in the area's where you show the large knock (frame 8561, see the NB o2's aren't even at 900mv; tells me its lean!) I would add a little fuel to get rid of the knock.

Not too much performance tuning other than a bit more MAF and timing. VE is stock. Trims are off a bit more than acceptable (>5%)

If injectors are stock, then why is the IFR fiddled with Put them back to stock when you start your tune. All else is stock or do you have Headers, CAI etc?

    Thanks,

    Ed M

I am more concerned about the lean conditions developing the knock and the fact the VE is stock. 2006 uses GMVE, the cylinder volume is baked into the equations which develop coefficients. Changing the Cylnder Volume table will not readjust the VE. You use the same tuning process but need the BlueCat software (links can be found in forum) to develop a new VE table and cooresponding coefficients.

Run through the tune roadmap and get her tuned to match your setup.

You added fuel at wot via PE......works, but not good. Should be through wideband tuning with a straight line PE Do you have a wideband? Why isn't the injector data match stock?

Looking at the log on this car, the MAP goes all the way to 344 kpa. I am still having problems with mine on the aircraft. How is this possible? 344 Kpa is about 48 Psi, somewhat confused.

I don't rape PE tables cause I don't know what I am doing anyway....
