wont rev past 4000rpm no vss

its cutting fuel/spark at 4000rpm disabled all torque managment maxed out everything i could find
I dont have a vss signal which proabably has a lot to do with it

not on my tuning laptop therefore i can not view the file, but if your on a automatic OS, (being a 5.3 you likely are) they have a P/N rev limit of 4000 rpm... raise those values

im using a manual corvette os

I did a write entire and I got it to rev past 4000rpm. The next time i drove it after I shut the car off it started doing it again. Any Ideas?

Is your neutral limiter set to 4000 rpm? (rpm by gear)

Also, for rev limiter you have to go into speedo ---> limiter and set the source to 'calibration' and not GMLan. That may be causing your issue.

Under engine -> torque management -> general, take a look at the Default Trans Limit table.

read my post above and change the table. Your OS is from an auto, see Trans -> ECM Trans Type.

The ECM has lost comms with the TCM and uses the Default Trans Torque Limit table.

Your missing many tables which is probably your main source of issues.
Go to
Edit > View > Advance

your currently set to basic.

You have everything BUT the "Default Trans Limit" Table
max it to 6042 across
