    K-Type thermocouples

Is anyone logging one of more K-type thermocouples using the external inputs? If so, what are you using to upscale the output to a 0-5v signal for HPT?

I'm not, but I bet you could find some app notes for
building a simple thermocouple to voltage amplifier with
inexpensive parts. Thing is, the details of construction
(metal junctions) are what it's all about.

I bet there's some cheap mini-box on eBay that would
do the job. I saw a thermocouple-digital board that is
open-source-hardware, there are probably kits with an
    analog output instead.
