    no its not vaccum you turn a dial to up the fuel pressure. do you think its not enough or to much during startup?

    Set the fuel pressure to 58psi put the injector data in for whatever injectors you have and tune it.

    stock injectors and we have the fuel pressure at 58 all ready still doing it

    I had a starting problem similar to what your describing. Check pin 75 on the blue connector of the pcm and make sure it has voltage in both the run and start position.

    ehhh that i dont know lol im not to familiar with the v8 platform but how would i tell? i know on my old subarus the color of the injectors tell you which size.. do they have a number or anything?

    ok so i called him and the motor is a 99 camaro motor and i put the stock tables in for a 02 im guessing the fuel injectors need to be scalled lol does anyone have a stock 99 file i can test??
