96 Z28 with LT4 crate motor, EFI Connections coil conversion with 2002 PCM.
I can read the ECM but I cannot write to it. Mode-1 Failed while trying to erase ECM. I've attached the file. Need to get this car going asap.
Any suggestions?

Means there is a voltage issue at the pcm, fix the voltage issue and you'll be able to write to the pcm without issue.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
