LE5 Tuning LNF need not apply :P

I have been tuning my LE5 using the fuel trims, and have gotten a pretty decent tune. I have a wide band and with my current tune it bounces around happily right around 14.4-15.2. i think that is about as consistent and accurate as i can hope for. Here are my questions/issues. . .

i want the car to run at all but cruising at 13.7:1 so once i got the tune dialed in for 14.7 i set the power enrich 1.073 (13.7) with 40ETC kick on. I just doesn't seem to work. even at high rpms and WO throttle my fueling isn't changing from the 14.7:1. So uuuuuhhhhhh ideas?

The Electronic throttle control. if you own one of these you have likely noticed the "this may permanently destroy your pcm" warnings. Like me you probably stayed away, but i would love a more responsive throttle with more of cable feel. anyone have any input into these table?

Here be my current tune for those who want to have a look

Post a log if you can, but why in the world would you want to run at 13.7 a/f cruising OR in PE for that matter? The way you have your pe setting you are going into pe entirely too early and you really should consider richening things up a bit to about 13.0. From what I'm gathering from your post it also sounds like you aren't going into pe at all though. A log would help a ton to determine this a little better.

Your a/f stoich should also be set closer to 14.64 to compensate for the 10% enthanol in the fuel imo.

advice taken on the 14.64 (just change the stoich constant in the ecm to 14.64 right)

i want to run at at 13.7:1 during even modest acceleration, cruising at 14.7:1. Sorry if that wasn't clear in the first post. Just trying to find a way to run the lower than stoich for acceleration and since i can only tune for stoich. . .

    will post a scan tomorrow.

That's because your power enrich rpm might be set to high. The stock pe settings don't allow it do come on.

His pe enable rpm is 0 and the delay rpm is 1800 so I don't think that's the case

Yeah, i have the Power enrich set to come in early. I have the scan here. you can see the power enrich comes on, but it doesn't affect my wide band's A/F ratio the way i had hoped it would. i.e. the ecm commands the lower ful ratio, but i am not seeing it.

Couple things about the scan, there is a blip of KR i am trying to pinpoint why it happened since it was not near peak rpm/power/spark just along the way up. Also the fuel trims are a little more off than normal, but that always happens after i put fuel in the tank. i assume that is some irregularity in fuel pressure.

Try using this config and add the wideband to the log also.
