    2bar MAP crazyness

Ok, had a customer bring me a car 'setup' to run a 2bar OS. Setup a base file just to check everything over and found the MAP sensor was reading 140 or so kpa at KOEO.. This was with the 2bar MAP PID.

Checked my linear and offset settings and am at 200 and 8.32.

Looked at the physical sensor and there was no label or anything else. Sooo I gave the customer a number I found on here, and he showed up with a different part number all together. He stated that the parts guy told him the number had changed to this one.. AC Delco 12614973

With this sensor, I see 120kpa at KOEO..

Is this not a 2bar sensor or is am I supposed to be using different offset and linear values for the sensor?

Sounds like the offset and linear values are wrong.

Thats what I was thinking too. Just wanted to post and make sure Im not trying to use the wrong sensor.

The car is a swapped up mess for sure, so I cant quite rule out a build error yet either. Im checking over the wiring now, and hoping I dont find anything wrong there. I just want to tune this thing and get it out of my shop, lol.

Anyone have known good data for this MAP sensor?

Search brought up 10 threads regarding that particular part # 12614973
But they all seem to end up being unresolved or answered.

Ok, the harness side of things checks out perfect..

Testing the sensor output, Im getting 4.8v KOEO. That is definitely not right, correct?

Sounds like a one bar sensor if that's the output. Sure you're reading the right pin?
