Bought another HPtuner cable from Summit Racing, no application key

I've had standard for years. I just upgraded to Pro about 3 months ago, I just got around to pulling it out of the box and start setting it up. Theres no application key in the box, box was sealed, looked everywhere. Summit is telling me to contact HPT

I went to HPtuners.com and tried to setup but when I enter the serial and my email, it's telling me I'm required to input an application key, I've looked everywhere... It's not on the CD that comes with the software is it ? I already have 2.23 loaded so I didnt bother putting the cd in my drive, but I looked in the CD sleeve, through the packing material, etc.

i just received my cable from summit and my application key was on a piece of paper inside the hp tuners box

purchased from summit also, it had serial/app key on sheet of paper. was box sealed when you recieved it?
