REP during a loss of traction C1278

Having an issue with REP when taking off AKA loosing traction at lower speeds. It will set a C1278 code and go into REP.

The car is a 2003 C5 Z06 C5R 7.0 with YSI putting out about 16.5 psi and has a Fast 90 with a LS2 throttle body ETC area Scaler is set at .00192 with desired max air flow of 40.0 G/SEC. The throttle body is flipped upside down to accommodate the blower bracket

When driving on the freeway and such the car is fantastic but at lower speeds goes into REP if you get on it hard.

Let me know if you have idea's to fix it.
