What idle parameters should I even be concerned with running full time SDOL?
It seems as though some of these would have to be calculated by using a MAF, which I do not have.

You use the same idle tables in SD that you use in MAF.

So how is RAF calculated?
MAP sensor and...? Is it just calculated against your cylinder volume?
