By mistake, hopped in a 2010 camaro to flash a file i had written for it and hit begin before i put the key in and it took it.
As soon as I saw what was happening I got pretty nervous but the car fired right up and drove fine.
Why, and is something odd going to happen now?

Nah i've done that once or twice, it seems to keep working until either the security codes expire or the car cuts power to the ecu.....
