    wot shift tuning

I am having trouble with the 1-2 shift. I have recently switched converters and I cant figure out why at the track timing gets pulled and spikes back up multiple times before the shift. I have messed with the amount of timing pulled during the shift but nothing seems to help. I thought it might be spinning but with 1.59 60ft that doesnt seem likely. Although the mph starts to jump around just before it starts its repeated attemps to shift. I feel can the timing being pulled out but I cant figure it out. I have tried to raising and lowering the shift points but nothing changes it. I would appreciate any input as I have been messing with this thing for weeks.

    Thanks,
    Rodney

Does anyone have any ideas? I dont know if this has something to do with the max line pressure but I followed the settings recommended by the tuning schools book.

Not sure but here is a shot in the dark, I had the same type of thing happen when I changed gears and did not rematch my WOT shift speeds and RPMs when I closed the gap on that it went away.

Now with a converter change that should not be the case, it does sound like a pressure issue of some sort, how about post a tune and log if you got one, Ill look at it but there are way better tranny tuners here then I lol

++Edit++ And for some reason I must have missed the log and tune posted on here (looking on my Android phone Lol)

Yep just as I was thinking, I never got a chance to look at the tune at work.

I've vever messed with a G8 file but Upshift Torque Reduction is set to 'Enable'...Have you tried with that set to disable? It looks like you have all the other TM turned off

Not sure how you guys do it, but I would go with 3mph between up and down shift to keep it clean
