    2010 LS3 E38 Table Errors

"Try with smaller values for the enable TPS. From memory it's the same weird ETC % area - idle offset % the LS2 uses. Ie. You need to set it to values like 15-20% for tradtional TPS/ETC% of 40-50%"

    On my 2010 Camaro LS3:

    Actual:
30% TPS PE = 60% in the log
5% TPS PE = 33% in the log

    My questions:
    1) Has there been an update to this mis-calculation? From what I can tell this is carryover from LS2.
    2) What other tables list incorrectly?

    Thanks

also something else to add to this fun.

apparently with the newest beta the map sensor value reads half of what it is really at.

three 07+ trucks now i have logged have all done this.

its not a miscalculation, the variable used for PE is not TPS%, its % throttle area without the idle component.

Area47: From what I can tell my map reads ok and I have the current beta.. 660?

Chris: I'm confused as the titles for the values list TPS. What settings do I have to change/log/view to see my 30% values listed in the .hpl file?

I just want the PE log file to match the .hpl listed settings. Any way to do that?

    Thanks

the value GM uses to determine PE TPS is not available in the scanner.

post your OS ID's and i'll add it as an MPID to test.

as i said above, generally it's the % throttle area with idle area subtracted.

on newer ECM's like the E78/39 they have gone back to a more simple pedal %.

its just our name for PIDs that reference direct RAM addresses. Memory-PID.
