LS2 gas pedal issues

Heres the run down of what we did. Building a 79 Z28 camaro with a 2006 GTO LS2 auto setup. The motor/trans/wiring/ecm/pedal etc all came out of the same car (I parted it out). Got everything installed, running, wired up etc.

Im having some troubles with some codes popping up and im not sure what the issue might be. The car will startup and run/drive, but every once in awhile when I start it the tone of the exhaust sounds odd and i have no gas pedal. If I clear the codes in the ecm it is back to running great, have a pedal, etc with no issues.

Heres the codes that keep comming up. I've checked over my wiring numerous times and cannot find anything that I missed other than possible a grounding issue with the car since its in pieces (doing a full resto).

Heres the codes that keep comming up when i lose the pedal.

P1682 - Driver 5 Line 2
P2176 - Minimum Throttle Position Not Learned
U0101 - Lost com with TCM
U0121 - Lost com with ABS
P0689 - Power Relay Sense Circuit Low
P1629 - Theft Deterrent System - Cranking Signal


I know I can tune out the P1629, the U0121, and the P0689, but im not sure why Im getting the other codes.
